BEUMER Group creates a corporate identity and culture with a global intranet

ProActive developed a global intranet solution that will help ensure better internal communication and promote collaboration between the 3.700 employees across business units and locations worldwide.

BEUMER Group is a leading international organization within internal logistics in transport, loading, palletizing, packing and luggage- and package sorting. The Danish company Crisplant with HQ in Aarhus became a part of BEUMER Group on 2009.

After acquiring a number of companies and a merger with the Danish company Crisplant, BEUMER Group faced a huge challenge in gathering the organization, streamlining communication and creating a common identity and culture for the 3.700 employees.

Corporate identity for 3.700 employees

ProActive developed a global intranet solution that will help to ensure better internal communication and promote collaboration amongst the company’s 3.700 employees across business units and locations worldwide.

The new intranet, BEUMER Connect, will be the key driver in the mission towards creating a united BEUMER, break down silos and unite different cultures that is a natural part of acquiring new companies. Thus the intranet will help to create greater transparency and synergy in a global organization, release resources and reduce duplicated work and time waste by supporting central business processes.

Targeted communication and news

A key function on the new global intranet is being able to publish and target news for different locations and business units. Thus it has become far simpler for the communications staff to publish news and to ensure that they reach all of the relevant employees.
