ProActive is a private owned limited company with headquarters in Frederiksberg.
The ownership group consists primarily of ProActive Holding 2008 A/S as well as employees and a few external investors.

On April 23, 2020, ProActive merged with Fellowmind - one of Europe's leading Microsoft-related services platforms. Fellowmind is represented in five countries - Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Germany - and employs over 1,250 people. With the merger, Fellowmind has acquired 100% of the shares in ProActive, while the current partners become shareholders in Fellowmind. Max Sejbæk is co-founder of ProActive A/S and has been the CEO since 1997. Max is the former director of CM&M and he holds a M.Sc. in international Business Economics from Aalborg University and he studied MBA on University of California. Max has the overall responsibility of the company with focus on operations, finances and external stakeholders. Max also acts as lecturer and is on the board of directors in Skolebordet.dk, Libris Media A/S, ProActive Freelance and ProActive Holding 2008 A/S. In addition to his current role as CEO of ProActive, Max Sejbæk joins Fellowmind's Executive Board as Regional Director.
Gorm Priem started in ProActive A/S in March 1999 as a project manager. Since then Gorm acted as chief of development, COO and is now Director. Previously Gorm worked at M&P e-marketing and holds a bachelor degree in philosophy and computer science from University Copenhagen. Furthermore he has an Exectutive MBA from Denmarks Technical University. Gorm has the overall responsibility for the strategy process, business development and concept development. In addition, Gorm holds the responsibility for a number of ProActives greatest customers and frequently operates as a strategic advisor and presenter.
Mikkel Aude has been in ProActive A/S since February 2000. Mikkel holds M.Sc. business economics and law from Copenhagen Business School and he previously worked as a Manager in Deloitte Corporate Finance. Mikkel has the overall responsibility for sales, partners, account management and ProActive West (Aarhus, Aalborg and Odense). In addition Mikkel has the responsibility for a number of ProActives greatest customers and is in the board of directors in ProActive Freelance and ProActive Holding 2008 A/S.
Martin Sams was previously employed as a Senior Consultant in ProActive and returned to the company in 2006 when he joined the group of directors. Martin has the overall responsibility for ProActives public team as well as wagers in Mobility and Business Intelligence. He is also responsible for a number of key customers. Martin’s latest employment outside of ProActive was as a Manger in BearingPoint Nordics and he used to be a consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Martin holds a M.Sc. in quality management for Aarhus School of Business.
Henrik Kim Christensen was previously employed in ProActive as a solutions architect and chief of the development team and returned to the company in 2010 and joined the group of Partners as CTO. Henrik graduated from DTU and previously ran his own consultancy. Henrik has the overall responsibility for ProActives technological wagers and the usage of the latest technology from Microsoft. In relation to this he is a recurring speaker at Microsoft Events. Besides technical presales, Henrik is a part of a number of internal delivery teams for the most important customers, where he provides strategic counseling and sparring.
Peter Skjødt started in ProActive as project manager. Later he took over the responsibility for all the technical consultants and in recent years has been the head of ProActive's consulting business. In the summer of 2019, Peter joined the partner circle and was also given the responsibility for running ProActives Support & Operations business unit. Peter is a graduate of the MSc in Agro and has an HD in Organization and Management at CBS.
Nicholas Hjorth has worked at FSN Capital as Investment Director since 2016. Prior to this, he worked at Morgan Stanley in London in the “Global Capital Markets, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance” team. Nicholas holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School with exchange studies at Columbia University, University of North Carolina and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In connection with the Fellowmind merger, Nicholas Hjorth has been pointed chairman of the Board of ProActive A/S. In addition, Nicholas is also board member at Skamol, Sneakersnstuff and Fellowmind.
Preben Damgaard, founder of Damgaard Data and previous director in Navision and Microsoft Business Solutions, enter the board of directors in 2003, and was elected chairman in 2005. Preben is also chairman at Cirque A/S and 7N A/S and board member at A.O. Johansen. Preben had a long and successful career within IT and is today engaged in a number of advisory assignments for Danish and foreign companies. After the merger with Fellowmind, Preben Damgaard left the role of chairman, but continues as a board member. Additionally, Preben Damgaard has joined Fellowmind's Board of Directors.
Emiel Putman is the founder and CEO of Fellowmind. In 2005, he started CRM Partners – also part of the Fellowmind family today. Emiel Putman studied Technical Management and Business Administration at the University of Twente in Holland. In connection with the merger, Emiel Putman joined ProActive's Board of Directors.
