When the system landscape expands the need for knowledge on how to handle new solutions and applications also grows. This applies to everything from standard configuration to user creation and everything in between.

When you hire a new employee, he or she has to be connected to the company’s Office 365 account, get an email account, get access to Yammer and so forth. In some cases, the IT department doesn’t have the capacity to handle this and in other cases some types of applications requires specialized knowledge that isn’t accessible for everyone.
